Prospectus’ and Scheme of Arrangement Documents or

RDA Creative have followed closely the process of change
towards electronic corporate reporting and have been searching
for the right solution for years – now we believe
we have created the right solution for your company.
The Australian Government is soon to introduce new guidelines
for “Listed” companies, in regard to how they
publish their annual reports, in the past companies had
to send “all” shareholders printed annual reports,
unless they had requested in writing not to receive one.
The rule changes allow for companies to utilise electronic
communication to deliver their reports. Firstly companies,
must survey the shareholders via written communication – as
to how they wish to receive their reports.

- Digital copy via email/internet
And then deliver via their chosen format.
Electronic or “digital” delivery offers companies
the potential for enormous cost savings over printing and
conventional distribution methods. The problem is that
if a small percentage of shareholders decide they want
to receive a printed report – then your company must
deliver them a report in their chosen format. The dilemma
for companies is that printing 250 reports is only about
30% cheaper than printing 1500 reports as all the costs
are in the preparation / plates and set up. Digital print
production is currently only cost effective for short run
printing and isn’t necessarily suited to multiple
page documents.
RDA Creative’s solution to these changes are 3 fold:
- We design and produce your companies annual report
to meet your requirements, be it a simple design our
more premium look and feel.
- We print conventional offset printing and binding –
or print the text digitally and bind into conventionally
printed covers.
- Using our new “Click” & “Flip” electronic
viewing solution, RDA Creative provides companies with
a simple 3D viewing experience which is available in
any browser. This means your shareholders have
a pleasant viewing experience without having to download
increasingly large PDF files, just to read the section
they desire.
 
To take this concept further RDA Creative has developed a
new website www.mystock.com.au as a central storage and retrieval
facility for these reports, companies that sign up to the
My Stock service, get a one page site with a simple URL www.mystock.com.au/ASX
CODE to direct their shareholders to, once there they see
thumbnail pics of the reports available and simply “click“ on
them and a new page opens in their browser with a digital
book with simple “Flip” arrows to turn the pages,
just like reading a book. The pages resize to suit whatever
size monitor or window and can be zoomed in up to 400%, with
the page refocusing as you zoom. “Click” again
and you’re back to “Flipping”. The report
features a simple contents page, with links to all the important
pages, to save you time, if you just want to see the balance
sheet for instance, and you can print any page you like or
all the pages. If the shareholder wishes to download the
complete PDF file for there own filing purposes or to read
later, they simply click the download button. It's as simple
as “Click” and “Flip”.
RDA Creative charges a simple one off fee to build a Company Profile page on
MyStock.com.au and then all the company pays for is to convert and upload each
PDF file they want to publish along with a per report page hosting fee, reports
are live on the site for 12 months, after which additional hosting fees apply.
Anyone can use MyStock.com.au, it doesn’t matter if RDA designed your report
or not, we’re happy to put up any report/Prospectus’, Notice of
meeting or any other relevant information a company wants to communicate with
their shareholders.
