Richard Daniell - Creative Director

With 35 years experience in advertising, creative design and print production, Rick has a vast knowledge of all facets of the industry. In his role as creative director, Rick works closely with his team of talented designers to bring out the best in their abilities in each and every project. His passion for print, from basic business cards to book publishing, drives him to seek full control of the entire process from proof to delivery.

Rick is also involved with a number of other companies and holds board positions on Integrated Resources Limited (IRG) and Photolibrary Limited – Australasia’s largest photo library.

Over that length of time he has met a lot of people and these alliances are a continuing benefit to his clients.

Marisa Finestone - General Manager

Marisa compliments the RDA management team by offering over 15 years experience in sales, marketing, system implementation and project management. Having acquired her broad spectrum skills with large corporations such as Hyatt Hotels, Vodafone Australia and News Limited, Marisa has been exposed to an extensive range of client advertising requirements and managed their customised solutions.

With 10 years commitment to RDA Creative, Marisa manages all projects with a personalised approach that ensures absolute dedication to the highest quality production and the assurance to meet all your project needs.

Rachel Jovanovich - Studio Manager

Rachel's natural flair for design started at an early age and led her to complete a Bachelor of Visual Arts and Design specialising in Graphic Design. Her solid background has given her comprehensive knowledge in graphic design for both print and electronic mediums.

Rachel leads the studio to deliver creative designs from concept to final artwork. Each project is approached with a focus on brand management while ensuring flexibility across all forms of media.

Our modern purpose built studio combines the latest in technology, software and high powered workstations to ensure we move quickly to meet client requirements.
