Annual Reports - Start To Finish

RDA Creative works with many listed Australian companies to manage the entire process of their corporate reporting, be it their Annual Report, Notice of Meetings, Prospectus’ and Scheme of Arrangement Documents or other presentation documents like AGM presentations or Road Show promotions.

• RDA prides itself on becoming an important member of our client’s team, we start managing the process many months before the final publication of your Annual Report and keep the project on track all the way through to the AGM.
• Producing reports for many of our clients, some for over 10-15 years is a record we are justifiably proud of.

Process – Start to Finish

RDA Creative works with our clients, to keep their budgets on target. Our usual practice is to pre-estimate all projects so there’s no surprises upon completion. The exception being long-standing clients who require projects be booked in and produced immediately on a do and charge basis – it’s about trust.

• Our relationships are based on trust and once you’ve worked with us you’ll see we provide enormous value.
• Our designers keep detailed timesheets for each project, so we can ensure our estimates remain accurate and can advise when projects are exceeding forecasted budgets.
• Our estimates include managing the whole project – initial designs and concepts, typesetting, digital artwork, proof-reading, PDF files for review & 3 additional author’s corrections.
• We’ve done this for over 20 years, so over that time we’ve learnt how to keep the process simple.

Turnaround

RDA Creative understands ‘Client deadlines’ and our team is dedicated to meeting reasonable and achievable turnaround times. We’re fortunate to be able to respond quickly to your needs and are well known for meeting and exceeding client expectations. We do need a little help from you to ensure projects run to expectations and request that a creative brief, content and any required images are supplied before your project can be booked into the studio for production.

Creative & Strategic Development
Concepts, creative design, presentation visuals & mock-ups, copy-writing and photographic art direction.

Graphic Design and Digital Artwork
Page layout/s, image stylising, Typesetting, proof-reading, PDF files for review, finished digital artwork and artwork file management.

Image Search
Searching of target images, plus download and stylise comp files for layout use.
Hire fees are quoted separately depending on Client usage and license requirements.

Project Management
Client liasons, meetings, account service and total project coordination.

Print Management
Detailed Print specifications, File preparation and press checks as required.

Mail Management
Database management, addressing and postal dispatch of marketing materials.

Typesetting & Authors Corrections
From word or text files supplied, basic typesetting of forms and text files plus corrections.

Proof-reading
Digital print outs, review, plus mark-ups for amendment.

Artwork retrieval and amendments
Retrieval of files from RDA catalogue / archives, burning to CD/DVD for dispatch to supplier or return to client.

Premium and Priority services
Dedicated designers, high priority service & O/T beyond 6pm week nights:
Estimated at + 50% of normal fees.
O/T beyond midnight and on weekends: Estimated at + 100% of normal fees.
Drop everything / Premium Priority rate: Estimated at + 150% of normal fees.
